It is important to us at Restaurang Hantverket that you feel safe with how we handle your personal data. Therefore, we are open about how we collect, process and share the information we save about you with us. We never sell your personal data to other companies.

Restaurang Hantverket is the data controller for the processing of the personal data that you share with us when:
● You book or make a request for an event with us such as a meeting, a conference, a party or a wedding.
● you sign up for one of our events or newsletters.
● you have a question and/or contact us.

Who do we share personal data with?
We share personal data between our hotels and meeting places within the group through our agreed system support when you have a case for us, if the information is needed to be able to help you.

How long do we save your personal data?
Restaurang Hantverket saves personal data about you as a customer as long as there is a customer relationship or is necessary to achieve the purposes described in this policy as well as the legal requirements that exist.

Upon termination of the agreement, Restaurang Hantverket will delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable time after termination, unless another Swedish or European law, court or authority says otherwise. Your data may be saved based on a balance of interests if there are security or financial reasons. How long your personal data as a user is stored with us varies depending on the purpose for which it was collected. Personal data processed for invoicing is saved as long as it is required as a basis for accounting.
