Christmas Dinner

We all love our Christmas table. However, we do it differently with serving 5 courses sit down dinner signed our head chef Stefan Ekengren. It’s available for private or company groups between 20-80 guests. The taste of Christmas with our fondness to the Swedish tradition. The dinner will have snacks, two cold dishes, one warm dish to finish off with dessert and candy. 
 

Snacks 
Hasselback potatoes, bleak roe, sour cream and spring onions
“Struva” with whipped duck liver, parmesan cheese and port wine  
Cured salmon sandwich with trout roe and hovmästarmayonnaise
Mustard herring on a potato terrine
 

Cold dish 1 
Matjes herring with crispy potato crutong, sour cream, onion, dill and lumpfish roe
 

Cold dish 2
Cold smoked halibut baked in a parcel with mashed green pea’s, dill, Sandefjordsauce, trout roe and allspice

Warm dish
Pork chop, homemade sausage, beatroots, pickled red cabbage, creamy pointy cabbage, green pepper sauce and mustard
 

Dessert 
Hantverkets Swedish Cheesecake with all spice ice cream and cloudberries
